Refund policy
At UnInfinite, every product is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. Because your item is created specifically for you once an order is submitted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or a change of mind.
Items Arriving Damaged or With Defects
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production flaw, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund. Eligible issues include:
- Damage sustained during production or shipping
- Print errors caused during manufacturing
Please note: for direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is an industry-standard tolerance of up to 0.5" in print placement. Minor variations of this kind are normal and will not be considered defects.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, please email us at support@uninfinitefashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the problem in your message. We do not require the product to be sent back to us.
